Featured Cenedese ? Art Glass Vase with Fish

    In researching this new piece of art glass, I came across the same vase on Worthpoint Murano Cenedese Italy Art Glass Fish Swimming in Bowl | #149329336 (worthpoint.com) But it doesn't look like the wildly popular aquarium glass blocks. I am confused. It is heavy, highly polished, the bottom is cut, and it is unmarked. It is 5" high, 4 1/2" diameter at its widest point and the opening is 3." Any comments would be appreciated.

    It may even be modern Asian, there are some very nice ones being produced.

    There are other pieces with different shapes, but the same fish, that have been claimed as Cenedese. Its probably because these Cenedese Aquarium blocks have brought large prices. I was attracted because of its colors and it's heavy polished feel. I just didn't think the Worthpoint and the others were right. Thank you.
