    Mother and I have been wracking our brains theorizing what this piece is. We think a stew pot of some sort, but we've come here for a proper analysis.

    Here's some backstory;

    Back in '84, my forty year-old grandmother had caught the eye of an eighty year-old Scottish fellow. He'd pick her up for lunch with a rose of a different color day to day, complimenting her beauty in their long conversations.
    One day he presented her with, among other gifts, this lovely porcelain. Claimed it had been passed down in his family for generations. Many of those generations spent in Scotland.

    With that story and some guesstimation, We think it could very well be at least a hundred years old. It's been kept in impeccable condition in the time we've had it. Was genuinely curious of it's age and origin with the interesting journey it's had.

    Any and all help greatly appreciated!<3
