Chinese Characters on Rose Canton

Also, if someone is able to give an approximate date as to when it was made, that would be wonderful as well. I picked it up today in a box lot at auction. Thank you for any help!     The characters are too indistinct for me to make out, aside the first one which is 才. The dish looks to be 19th century, probably 1860-90 imo.
