    hello friendos!

    I went back to the flea market and found another item who look like the other ”vase” i uploaded here at the forum. Is there any one out there who recognize this ”vase”?

    Looks like a fairly recently-made item, probably from India. Haven’t seen one like it nor could I find one on the web, u may have the only one!

    Agree that it is fairly modern. Could fit into the brutalist genre. Whether an art piece or a more mass produced import item, I do not know.

    Fantastic shape,I love it! I was thinking 60s-70s,but the not so fine construction does give me pause.

    Kristin, if you are in Europe this wouldn't be called Brutalist. It would be Modernist, same period.
    In Europe we only call it Brutalist if it looks like rough material was used to make it. If it almost looks like no human hand touched it, like it just came out of nature, or a mine. More blobs than decoration, so to speak.;)
