It opens up to be large enough that some adult women could wear it. I could get it on, pretty sure. I'm fine boned & have trouble with bracelets being too large, but I'm not petite. Lots of women whose requirements in a bracelet even smaller than mine, especially in earlier generations.

Looks like something you could have worn tucked inside a cuff or out, depending on the company you were in.

Like INH said, it's probably one of the other cultures. I don't see this as a German piece.

Look at Hinduism and marriage symbols.

I found a Hindu marriage coin a while back that had a couple Swastika-type symbols on it.

FYI, Hitler had a graphic design background...Maybe he ripped it off from another culture, that lousy, $%&^@!

I think we should not swear about the former German chancellor because the feelings of the German members might be hurt.

Not to perpetuate this, and I am not “Thin-Skinned”, I just wish this would all stop for everyone’s sake.

I am just checking back in to this thread. I feel bad and apologize if I've offended anyone past, present, or future. It was insensitive, but more of a half hearted attempt at humor on the supposed design thievery than anything.

I am new here and don't want to make any enemies. If I could delete it, I would.

    Sorry all.
