    hello,

I have acquired an old compass collection of over 100 different types. I really don't know much about them and searching for an online reference site hasn't been much help. I would like to attach as much information to each compass to provide better historical references. If someone could help, I'd appreciate it.

I'm attaching a few photos to show some of the compasses.

Magnetic north aint where it used to be. You can date some by declination deviation.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Found this page with links related to compass collecting. I have not checked any of the links to see if they are still valid.

@springfld.arsenal do you know anything about researching compasses?
