Help with unique porcelain wall decor-viewer discretion is advised

Does anyone can help me with this piece. It does have the Crown & N in the back. It is a very unique piece that intrigues the eyes of whoever stares at it. We have a donkey, man, woman, and a short man with goat legs... every time that you look at you will find something unique. It is a wall decor piece. My grandma gave it to me a long time ago and I need help putting a name and possible a value. Any suggestions? :)
