ahh ok! I thought you were gonna say TURKMANESIAN GLOBWAFFLER as the silversmith. He's that really, really rare and sought after silversmith ;)

I think they may be polished roundels set into epoxy.

It says 'genuine turcoise'. I wonder if that isn't a spelling mistake, but a trade name for something that is supposed to look like turquoise?
Anyway, the mark is mentioned in Bille Hougart's book, but no ID.

There are many on the Interweb, stating this mark to be Rafael Ruiz Saucedo. Doesn’t make much sense to me.
Maybe @Any Jewelry can check the book, please.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

There’s nothing random about those little circles, i.e. to me, nothing ‘natural’ about them! Even the same size but little half ones are pretty well same size halves.....

But that would be RRS, not RSS.....crazy stuff!!!

That is the book I referred to, by Bille Hougart.:)
Unfortunately the poster on Silver Forums misread the mark. The Rafael Ruiz Saucedo mark is RRS, not R.S.S.
This is definitely not by Rafael Ruiz Saucedo, who worked with some great names.
Hougart mentions the R.S.S. mark, but hasn't identified the maker.

Unfortunately, maybe because of the post on Silver Forums, R.S.S. pieces are now listed as being by Rafael Ruiz Saucedo. That's the internet for you.:(
