Featured Difficulty identifying sterling silver/guilloché cufflinks

when you look at the electrocuted scribble of Mister Fink: the F was not done by a European. that's what we only know since Fender guitars showed up. maybe a US military person that had them made and took them home.

 

Or maybe Mr Fink was in the military in Germany and made them himself.

 

I doubt it that he would have marked with the official city mark.

 

I don't know the requirements for marking German findings,but we bought French cuff link and earring findings which were fully marked with French hallmarks.
