I feel like it’s recent hand made piece but would like to hear other opinions.

I’d probably examine the parts where the candle actually sits to see if made of “stock” shapes (newer) or if those were hand-made. Hard to tell from here.

 

My 'gut' says newer/repro, but...........I've been wrong once or twice in my life time before, too

 

My gut says new too, maybe because my gut is very cautious. The design is old:

My gut also says although they seem routinely to be identified as 18th century, many are probably repro.

I'm not finding any with so few adjustment levels. Others are more toothy.

I don't know about definitely, although think the probability is very high. You've got some key words to search with now. Suggest you do a bit more poking around on the Internet before you describe it for selling.
