    I'm not sure who made the glass, but it appears that the decoration was done by National Silver Deposit. The pattern is called "Lyrebird"

    In case you don't already know this, National Silver Deposit was a decorating company. They did not produce glass, rather they would buy undecorated glass from other companies and decorate it then sell it under their name. In general, once a company other than the manufacturer decorates glass, who made the actual glass doesn't matter.
