    I'd call it German transferware, right around WWI - 1910-1912 or thereabouts. Someone who actually knows what she's talking about may say differently. It often wasn't marked.

    Agree most likely Pre WWI German.

    Part of a wash set. Toothbrush holder, not a vase.

    The pattern looks very similar to my Weimar German candy dish.

    Using a transfer pattern to identify a company is not always the best way to id something.
    There were companies who made transfers and sold them to different pottery companies to use as they wanted.

    Besides, they are not at all similar.
