    Probably Vietri,the initials are most likely who made it.Can we see a pic of the whole piece?

    The ICS and fish mark are for Industria Ceramica Salernitana. It would help to see the whole piece as it could be attributed to certain ceramicist. @Walter Del Pellegrino
