Cranberry and Gold Vase help to identify

    Hello!
    Any information on this vase appreciated. It's beautiful but I can't find anything so far and no makers marks etc.
    Thank you for any help.

    I'm gonna guess, mid 20th century, candle vase, (the last is without real thought, how would you stand the candle, light it?)

    Main thrust of the comment. Until 1926 or so all red glass was called 'ruby.' Then someone thought Cranberry might sell better, and it stuck. I'd call this ruby. Cranberry seems thinner, more like a wash than a layer of glass.

    I agree ruby, cranberry tends to be lighter and a more blue version of red.
