Hello.. hoping for some info on this lithograph (pretty sure it is one) unable to find same and it's framed in a carved serving tray with glass. I took apart to look and clean so some pics of inside.
Hadland "Peaches and Grapes" Approx.. 15.5" x 11.5"
    Signed
    Copyrighted 1908 by A.EDX

The inserts in the back I have no clue if related or just filler.
    Thank you for any info...

Fence maker's ledger? Rails, slats, posts. Surely unrelated to litho.

Is this guy's name George or Harry? Or are there 2 of them, equally fruit obsessed?

There are two and they seem to be confused on the internet. One Harry who did calendars and this one George. (I believe.)

I'm a bit skeptical. Tha PicClick example is attributed to Harry but not signed "Harry." Not sure the internet world is straight on which is which. Or if there are even two Hadlands.

Ok, here is my 2 cents worth. The print appears to be a traditional stone lithograph in colors, as opposed to an offset lithograph ( where you can see dots or rosettes). I do not believe it is by Harry Hadland, as he was born in 1886 and was a painter. He worked for the U.O. Colson Co. and his paintings were used on calendars. There is a George Hadland listed in Davenports as a 20th century artist with no mention of still lifes, but did work in pastels. My money would be on George.

@Debora crazy signature variances but yes I think George. Hard to get clear.
@Lithographer I see the dots easily in full picture but doesn't show same when I resize to post here.
I appreciate all of you helping! collage.jpg

One more question on the Copyright of 1908, how can it be that year if George. I can't find his dates of work, when died if he has etc.

I could find biographical information about a Harry Hadland but nothing about a George. You might try familysearch.org.

I did track Harry in the census, after I posted. There seems to be some inconsistencies with his records. His grave marker says 1885-1960, however there is some speculation he may have been born in 1879. He is in Fulton Ohio in 1920, occupation artist. He is in Paris, Illinois at the calendar company in 1930. (Obit says he started there in 1928). The interesting part is the Harry Hadland in Michigan in 1900, he is 21, occupation designer. As far as George goes, I couldn’t find him at all. I suppose it is possible that they are the same person.

Harry has an obit. Had it yesterday; will see if I can find. Yep. Here it is.
