Thanks but pattern is different it seems a German style... But I need your expertise to understand more .

Most likely it is a Japanese import made to look like German porcelain.
Two clues. The Crown A is not under the glaze, it is over the glaze. That would mean it is the decorators mark, may or may not be the maker of the mold.

Also notice the remnants of a paper label. Oval and just the right size for "Made in Japan" stickers that were around in the 50s and 60s.

I'm curious. If you don't mind my asking. You have been showing some very nice items. Many from the mid 1900s. Are you clearing out a house?

If you are planning on selling some of these items. I really recommend that you start washing them. They will look better, you will get higher prices for clean items, and while washing you will discover any damage.

If you are selling on ebay or somewhere similar, it helps to disclose any damage. You want to have a good reputation. You don't want to loose a sale or take items back because you didn't disclose damage.

It just occured to me the crowned A may also be an importer's mark and not the decorator.

thanks for your tips, you're really welcome, and i'm just a seller that is learning from you all
Yes i sell on Catawiki always , but not on ebay .
I want to clean this figurine and offer you back

"Are you clearing out a house?" lol no, monthly i buy many elements next Italian Auction House and online AH (porcelain, ceramic, bronze, silver, metalware, stoneware, curio, etc.) and then after coming back in the house slowly slowly i try to catalog them, and needing a description, daily i disturb you all asking to help me id and dating them, just to offer a nice description for my offered lots .
It's my "second" job, a passion, started 3-4 months ago.

I was sick with numismatic before, but slowly slowly i'm expanding my interest also next antiques and curio.

Ok then, I was just being nosy.

We're glad to help anyway we can. So keep posting your inquiries, you are not disturbing us.

And you pick up interesting items.

i've read next

https://www.figurines-sculpture.com/crown-over-a-pottery-mark-query.html

"This 'crown over A' pottery mark is attributed to "Alfro London" - an importer of wares into the UK, as discussed in the last two comments."

what do you think ? But my pattern is different, i think that you're right, maybe imported from Japan, in German style

If you go through the entire thread there, you see the person asking the question is from Devon, not the porcelain. They eventually attribute it to an importer, Alfretto.

here are the pictures of the cleaned figurine
i post them sure that you'll all like them .
actually it's much nicer to see for a sell, thanks.
Unfortunately I realize now that the final part of the thumb of the right hand is missing :-(
However, I will try to put it on sale pointing out this little defect.

I think I'm a little stupider than usual, today.

I forgot to ask you which character is represented, from your point of view? It has a particular costume, a hat, I would like to know what character can be, given its elegance.

I’m seeing similar as “ vintage colonial man figurine” or some such description. Google that term and see results.

Yes ! He's a colonial man you're right ! Thanks a lot, now i can start my description

Your Welcome.

Is @LeftonGuy still around? This might be his bailiwick.

That bit of fencing behind him... structurally important but incongruous for a Continental piece.

I'd tend to think Japan as well.
