Unsigned Oil on Panel with Roberson Label

Bought this oil on panel many years ago. It looks dutch in style but the label on the back of the panel is for Roberson the well know english colourman.

On the bottom of the label is the name Chetwyn... and on the back of the panel, it is possible to make out the words Miss Chetwynd C/O West 7/7/??? in pencil.

Any thoughts and/or comments in terms of the style of this painting and the possible artist would be appreciated.

Is it likely to be an overpainted print that has been made to look old and label added afterwards ?

 

Here's the starting point for finding information on a British art supplier. Charles Roberson had a shop at the 154 Piccadilly address from 1889-1906. So your copy is likely to be late Victorian.
