Featured Pedestal bowl with painted scene

    IMG_9467.jpg IMG_9465.jpg IMG_9466.jpg IMG_9460.jpg IMG_4735.jpg Can anyone help identify the maker and age of this porcelain, footed bowl, which is mounted in bronze? The diameter is 13 inches across the bowl. I removed the mount and only found the alphanumeric mark in the photo.
