Hmmmm, my initial thought was a 'W'....

 

I see a W in the first pic.

 

As much as I want it to be a W, I see AJ too. What is it made of?

Many don’ know this but he was distracted while writing the lyrics to that song. He got up from his desk to go downstairs but before exiting his office he leaned over the front of his desk and finished the lyric after quickly settling on which number fit best. It was supposed to be a 6 all along.

That's a W in gothic font (example).

 

I don't think it's a letter(s) at all. It looks like the secret society of something or other. Like the Shriners or the Masons or another all male society with secret hand shakes and symbols and such. And weird clothes.

 

I think so too, but it looks nothing like the clear W in this example!

 

One more vote here for "W".

 

A symbol definitely did occur to me! If there weren’t so many votes for a W I’d not cast that thought aside.

 

I also thought it might be an Arabic language or symbol as well. I put it in the image search and that just turned up mostly weird buttons and such.

 

Could it be Cyrillic script?
