i just got this kutani sake bottle from japan,and i believe it's around mid to late 20th century

 

Could very well be, it is certainly not top quality. A pretty set, but the figures are a bit basic.

the one thing that i notice from kutani,i think they mostly or usually using red colour with gold gilded in it,correct me if im wrong

 

You're right. Iron red, often with gilding. Not always.
It is generally considered the lower end of Japanese wares, but it can be very nicely done and attractive.

 

I think there are plenty of collectors of geisha ware.
