Bought this really cool abstract piece today. Signed from the 1970s so at a minimum it is a mid Century piece with is good. I can’t make out the signature though. Any guesses?

Is there a reason why none of your photographs are taken straight on? No photograph of the back? A larger photograph of the signature shot from straight on?

Hi Debora really sorry I’ll take better pics next time. There was nothing on the back so didn’t include a pic.

komokwa The Truth is out there...!

there is always something on the back !!

    the stretcher
the way the frame is made
    nails, pins, pegs, points...or staples...
cord or metal wire...of fishing line...

What's on the back....is key to what's on the front!

    Help us..........to help you ...

here are some photos of the back. There is finishing paper that I can remove if you think it’s worth it. Tried to take some close ups of the holes to get a view of the canvas. 518A7BF9-88DA-4D97-BB1A-3FBFF3AFED6C.jpeg FDD54E85-4D59-4BF7-B833-2CA51FCEA204.jpeg FBB7A998-F251-4E20-9D94-71363C54D3E4.jpeg 35BB6780-E4B3-4794-A8DB-55D05C470455.jpeg

Agreed it is very captivating in person. The artist is doing some Francis bacon action with those circles

The blurring? Yes, he is. You can remove the kraft paper. It has no value and can easily be replaced.

And the works don't appear to be by the same artist.
