You just need a couple tools and a steady hand to inlay the silver.

The inlay goes deeper than I expected.
It must be very tricky with the tiny beads to hold them steady and work on such a small curving surface. And to inlay a curved design so neatly onto something so small.

 

And without the benefit of a bench, so not too easy on the back either.
