i don't know if she supposed held something in her paws.because when the first time i got her.her hand looks clean without that white mark on her paws,i dont know what it is

Some kind of detergent? Maybe she is your mystery cleaner, who cleans the house when you leave. We need one of those....

 

I’d check closer if u r interested in what the base material really is. Likely resin, possibly spelter, but I’m pretty sure it isn’t one of the copper alloys. Why would anyone waste more expensive metal when this obviously isn’t made to hold fine details? Scratch with knife on underside and see if scratch mark is “silver” color, or what. This is a relatively new decorative novelty, neither antique, nor vintage, nor (to most of us) collectible.

 

the base was covered with some kind of carpet,like the picture i upload,and i think its hollow inside,so do the statue,in the below of its dress there's small hole that you can peep inside the statue and its hollow
