I am having a bit of trouble piecing together the overall shape from the cropped images. But from what I can see it looks like a modern/faux take on some variety of Meso-American libation cup. It may have been made on a potters' wheel, which was not traditionally used in that region. And the surface finish looks like applied "age".

It would be helpful to see a view of the whole thing, and a profile of the animal face on the side (does it look like an alligator or crocodile?). Does the spout connect with the interior of the cup?

I thought it was meant to represent a person with a headdress. Maybe a (Shamanic) transformation figure?

And I was seeing a stylized bat. But I agree, it looks like a reproduction of a pre-Columbian style, made on a potter's wheel, and not very long ago.

@toomanybooks It’s the size of a planter for plants …I will take photos sitting on a table & get measurements, please forgive the sideways photos … I don’t take them that way lol!

@2manybooks I posted other photos and improperly tagged you OOPS! The spout not threaded , although does go all the way through , and it appears to have applied paint? To make it look aged , the face to me looks like the nose is a pigs snout . Odd to say the least . As I said it appeared incomplete to me and is like a planter or sorts in Sz… I literally paid a bucks for it to find out what the heck it is …. Nothing lost on my end but curious none the less

Sorry. I really can't place it. It is not a traditional form I recognize. As I said, the applied decoration looks sort of Meso-American / Central American, but the form itself looks more Asian. It might just be a modern decorative item with no particular cultural consistency.

But maybe @Taupou has seen something like it.

No, I am not familiar with the form at all.

Just from the appearance of the ceramic, an idle guess would be Brazil.

Long ago I had this piece marked Brazil (you can decide if there are any similarities):

It's a crude fix, and there's other ways to fix it, but if you took the photos sideways, when they uploaded sideways, they'd be rightways....

yep, it's one of those great mysteries in life, hence the reason I do PC and mouse and not android and touchscreen....my "Smart phone" is too smart for it's own good yet it is wrong oh so many times ....voice & recognition do not seem to go hand in hand when searching for words that sound like others , it's as bad as "spell checker"
