Finally I have got 5 minutes to show you how they look in UV light, it's just the most amazing neon green.

Looks like you had the same problem I do when trying to photograph the colors that can be displayed by color change sapphires. I can have them under a light that makes them peacock blue to the eye & camera 'corrects' them back to the purple they look most of the time. We're not seeing your neon green. Still, I think it's enough of a reaction to confirm tortoise. We'll see what others think. I'm no expert in this.

Since I know virtually nothing about how to use a camera, I leave it set to auto. A friend thinks it might have something to do with the white balance, but a guess really.
