Featured Vintage Japanese/Chinese Pottery/Ceramic Bowl Art Nouveau Women Heads Inside Rim

I found a piece using "spaghetti hair" as a search term and I notice that it has a small impression on the back that looks similar to the impression on the base of yours. Neither photo is very clear but I'm wondering if it might be a maker's mark.

I forgot to add that the art nouveau-ish you might be thinking of is Alphonse Mucha and the women with the crazy hair.

Flippant is OK as long as it's humorous & not directed as an attack on any one member !

Her work has a rough texture and she doesn't work with those little faces, or other recognizable and detailed elements.
She favours white glazes on dark clay:
