A horn made from a tusk ?? What is this thing??

Hi everyone, I did not see forum for "TUSKS" so I thought I would give it a shot here. This is about 16" long. Very heavy for size, smooth to the touch. Looks like some kind of horn or something, it has what looks like a mouthpiece on one end, see pics. Makes a very loud bass like sound when blown into. What is this? Is this a horn ? Thanks in advance.

Cows have horns also,but most dairy cows horn are removed for safety of the milkers.

I think I got it now. This is a steer horn made into a cow horn for blowing

I pulled up image of water buffalo horn, you may be on to something. And the plot thickens.

 

Unless you get it genetic tested ,you won't know if it came from a cow or bull.

I watched a show "Everybody loves Raymond" and Robby got gored by a bull and it had HUGE ones .. Joy.
