looks like majolica,could it be wedgwood?

 

I throught majolica,wonder who is "F" or is that a factory name

 

if this right majolica,i think it could be wedgwood,in wedgwood F mean date back to 1877 imho,just my guess

Absoulutely not Wedgwood. I hate to say it, but my gut feel is it's a relatively recent Asian repro. Nice though. That's based on the bottom and the inner clay.

Yes, and the style is different, more refined.

That depends on who the manufacturer is. Of which I have no idea.
