Again looking on Internet and not come up with much at all.

Been painted and texture effects. With signature at bottom left. Joval?

That is unusual. But I would agree. Commercially made.

A starting point? Are you looking to resell this? Personally I won’t spent too much time and energy on researching this further (unless of course it is just for your own curiosity)

 

I always like pictures and when I saw this thought not seen one in this style before and that's why I picked it up.
Think £2 I paid is good price so might keep it and put it with the rest of the other unusual pictures. Thanks mark
