    Hi All,

I hope everyone is doing well today.

I'm hoping someone will know who made the stoneware salt and pepper shakers (Looks like M.A. or Ma Hollcy to me) and what those steer heads (I think they're steel) were part of (note the threading). I have a lot of repurposing ideas for those.

    Thanks!

I don't believe that the steer heads belong with the shakers.

Thanks for that quick id. Too bad they don't fetch much on e-Bay. I wonder what the 53 is all about on the one? Maybe 1953 since the company was started in '39?

This is the cowboy salt and pepper set – appears to be painted by Mary Alice Hadley herself. This item may have been painted in the 40s or 50s. Nice! We do not appraise or price items that we do not sell directly. The set/pepper set is a non-stock item today.
