ID of Maker for French Hologram Cuff?

Found this odd little cuff recently; inside is stamped "Made in France" and "GQL", I think, on the other end. The outside has a "G" on it.

I would describe the inner material as a hologram with a silver-tone pierced outer layer and a green faux leather lining.

I found some wider GUCCI marked cuffs, made in France, doubt there is any connection since I'm sure they would broadcast their name. I'm trying to figure out who made it. Any ideas?

BTW Gucci is Italy only and overstamps their jewelry so there’s no mistaking it for anything else. They have used a single G but not that one.
