This type of jewellery with themes from famous paintings is usually ca 1900.
Yours is Rembrandt's 'Het korporaalschap van kapitein Frans Banninck Cocq en luitenant Willem van Ruytenburch', better known as 'The Nightwatch' (Nachtwacht).;)

The front could be silver, but it couldn't be marked as such because the pin is brass.

    ;)
Brass pins used to be used on both silver and plated brooches. Silver pins were more expensive, so mass produced brooches like this were often fitted with a brass pin, even if the front was silver.
Whether you brooch is silver or not is impossible for us to tell, without actually having it in hand.

Thank you again. I have ordered test material so i will test it for silver. I have also this damaged brooch. This must be then plated, right? 20211213_195242-0_copy_960x432.jpg 20211213_195215-0_copy_960x432.jpg 20211213_195156-0_copy_960x432.jpg

Too thick for electroplated, could be Sheffield plate/silver-filled.Possibly separated when the pin was replaced and the whole piece overheated.

Might well be a Sheffield plate technique, that's rolled metal layers.

It's quite usual to have brass or iron pins. Silver is soft. The hinges on both are late 19th.

Yes, could be. Not Sheffield made in this case though, I think either Dutch or German. We don't use the term Sheffield plate for Continental items.:)
