Date of Dresden Napkin Rings

    I’ve googled but the crown is such a mess I’m none the wiser to the date!
    Any ideas please? There is an impressed number under the blue marks which I can’t read yet.

    I read that the crown F mark belonged to Franz Wittwer Co., a distributor in the 1950s.
