    Yes, unusually nice carving. I have to add that I've got back problems, and the few curule chairs I've sat in have been horribly uncomfortable in that respect.

    LOL, Yeah! I don't doubt it, advises staying FAR AWAY from Shaker chairs as well, not comfy at all, even if equipped with tilters! Their rockers might be OK though.
