Any ideas on age of these?

    I purchased these years ago in England. They are pewter and I assume once part of a tea service. The odd thing is they are not marked.     They might be silver plated britannia (white metal)
    Mid to late 1800s.

    If you were to polish this area, I think you will find the silver plate has worn off

    I'm with cluttered on the date range. They may not have been made in Britain, but ended up there.

    Typically late 19th. Lower end silver plate which has vanished.

    Britannia is a type of white metal. Can't remember the specific base, zinc maybe, would have to look it up. Has nothing to do with being made in Britain

    Sorry, just realized Daniel said he bought them in England. I thought you were commenting on the britannia metal.:shame::shame::shame:
