Hello everyone. Bought this lovely piece today. Having a hard time reading the signature. Only clue I have is the tag on the back but it looks like a moving tag vs. a gallery tag?? Thought it was really cool especially how spot on the trees look. Anyone have a clue on the artist? Can’t find anything under that name either :(

Does anyone recognize what that label is? Is it a moving label?

first thing I thought of , Mission Hill Jr. High School, Santa Cruz, CA ...no idea about the artist, screams California architecture though ....

Yes you are correct. I bought this in Los Angeles. Would you consider this a contemporary piece or just a portrait of a house?

When I did a google image search, it popped up several artists painting in this style.
I think a few were from California. I would say a contemporary style, not just an architectural rendering. You might want to try to get a really good straight on photo and then try an image search.

Yes I did that. Getting a lot of Hockney (wishful thinking) lol

I don’t think it’s the Matt. The paper is not straight edged :)

That's what I saw too. That it was painted on paper, the paper was saturated with paint and the paper didn't lie flat in the frame. It's very nicely framed. Frustrating not to be able to identify artist.
