about a dresser

Hello again everyone, it's been some time since I was last here. You were so knowledgeable and the responses quick, that I had to come back.


Piece #1, a dresser likely purchased in the 1950's - 60's in Philadelphia. I also have the mirror that came with it. Can anyone tell me about it?

 

All I know is it was probably purchased new.

 

Yes, Colonial-inspired. New when bought.

Check out these two brand names. I'm finding very similar furniture with the Batwing drawer pulls.
Young Republic, Tell City Chair Company, Tell City Indiana, and Cherokee Furniture, Pleasant Valley Collection.

 

The dimensions are
45"L
33"H
17"Deep
Attached is a picture from inside the top, right drawer.

I assume so though i've no relative alive to tell me exactly when.

Can you make out any of the letters of the worn off word between "the" and "line"? Well it's great to know there is a maker's mark on it. Too bad it's only in one drawer.

 

Thanks, I'll look in the other drawers, that one seemed the most prominent.

 

Or maybe its just a mass produced run of the mill item from the 60's
