Pearls real or fake

they look knotted so there's a chance....

 

This doesn't sound very sanitary, but I've always been told that if you put them in your mouth, real pearls will feel gritty.

 

Photos in focus would be helpful.
Close ups of the pearls, the green beads and the clasp. Front and back, and show us any markings.
If you want to know what you have, all these things matter.
