Kingsmead pin

I found this silver pin at the market this morning. Can't find any information about it and would appreciate any help. It is Victoria

The only Kingsmead I could find via Google was the school and college in South Africa. I did not see a logo for either one that is the same as the pin design.

Doesn’t seem to be the motto of any school, though.

 

Concordia -the ancient Roman goddess of harmony or peace. there are a lot of cities in the US named Concordia. One of them is 8 miles from my house.
