The pearl and the eternity were rejected by a bloke sorting through a pile of Stuff. He's nice, but only buys things he thinks have hallmarks. Hm.

Anyone recognise the makers mark on the cluster please? Or on the opal?

The Opal is an amazing colour.
I had a ring, pretty sure with that mark on the out side of the band but I didn’t track it down.
Nice eternity, is it completely unmarked?

Not a thing on it! But that's not unusual: I've a white gold eternity ring of my own which has no marks.

I suppose there aren’t that many spaces for a mark.

That pearl ring thingie may be real, but it looks like the gold is flaking off. Gold-filled maybe. I agree the black opal is synthetic. It if was that size and natural it would be in a gold bezel setting. Synthetics are far more stable, hence the reason Native American silversmiths use them for inlay. The bezel ring.. no idea.

No flakes on the pearl's gold, that's a light trick. I need to compare it with some of my own, I'm thinking Majorica from the setting.

I just liked the opal colour and it was cheeeeeep.

The flaky ring with the external mark is the cluster.
