Is this bracelet made from amber?

Hi,

I have this bracelet and I just wondered your thoughts on if it is amber? I have taken a photo of it under a UV light and I am seeing differences in how the different coloured stones are reacting, so I wondered if that was normal for different types of amber? The findings are stamped 925. TIA.

I think imitation resin/pastic

 

It could be resin with specks of amber.

 

Thanks everyone for the replies. Resin with perhaps some amber flecks sounds like a good shout as I couldn't figure out why it was sort of reacting to uv on some and then not on others!!

I'm always dubious when I see those 3 same different colour amber beads

Usually a sign that they are not

 

Or they are treated.
Amber is always best in as natural a state as possible.

 

I've got tricolour pieces. Some are all amber, some have beads which are composite. This one looks a mix of composite and plastic.

 

Thank you everyone, composite seems like it could be a good shout, as although it would seem there is some reaction to UV, based on what I have read perhaps not at the levels I would expect to find if it was pure amber! Thanks everyone.
