    That is so likeable. So... How big is it? Individual creamer size? A quart, a gallon, we can't tell from the pictures LOL!

    I forgot about that minor detail. It's about 7cm tall

    Now that I have told you the precise dimensions of it, I trust you can tell me exactly what it is

    Onion pattern isn't Dutch, but it is Swedish as well as German. My guess is your cutie is Swedish.

    Okay thanks.What might it be used for though? Why two spouts? Some sort of ritualistic sharing of a libation?

    I think it might be based on a farmer's milk can.

    I can find the shape online as a can or a churn, but I'm not finding anything to say where the shape comes from.

    I did have this piece once (no double spout) and it was made in Sweden:

    Weirdo scandanavian thing is looking favourite then. Maybe antique viking berserker fly agaric stew decanter.

    Based on the small size, it could be for a small amount of cream or other liquid. The two spouts would allow pouring from either side.
