Featured Unusual Antique George & Dragon Brooch?

Hello, everyone.
I recently found this brooch and had to have it because I hadnt seen anything like it.
It appears to be silver but is unmarked, and it seems old because of the pin and clasp.
Its a Halberd with a St George and the dragon medallion hanging below it. I think the silver of the halberd is hollow because it is fairly light and a little bent.
If anyone can tell me anything about it I would be grateful!

It could be something similar, although Harlequincat's medallion has Latin script, so not Russian.
@Harlequincat , could you post a closeup of the medallion so we can read what comes after St Georgius?

The hinge-clasp combination is late 19th century.

Probably a miniature copy of this medal.

 

The OP's pin is a Halberd, if that helps any. That's the weapon design. Some gamer or fantasy fan out there would be all over it.
