    From the pictures I would say some type of native phallic symbol.:rolleyes::oops:
    But try and take better pics in daylight outside against a neutral background.

    Though not clear close-up pics, It seems to have the resin blobs in some crevice parts, and the color of brownished resin...
    See on my snuff bottle the red penciled areas...
