Clear Glass Vase or Scientific Flask

    I would like some help identifying whether this is a clear glass vase or scientific flask?
    Dimensions are about 2" top dia. x 1 3/4" bottom dia. x 8" tall. On one side of the neck says Altrusa, Patriotism, Efficiency Service, International Inc. and on the other side of the neck says Altrusa Club of Parkersburg 1957-1982. I assume Parkersburg is the city in WV. Thank you for identifying this piece for me. Rob

    Looks up Altrusa International online. They give scholarships among other things

    It looks like they went out of business in Parkersburg, WV. However, there are lots
    of other cities and towns that have them as well. From what I read, each have its own agendas in meeting the needs of its community they are in. Rob

    I think it is a quarter yard ale. Although mine took in 6.5 oz, I found some really close in 8 oz. and when I did a search for 6.5 oz images appeared. So, I will list it as a quarter yard ale 6.5 oz. Rob
