Unknown brass thing

    Here is one brass piece that may stump some of you wonderful knowledgeable people out there.
    It weights 110 grams, is 86 mm long and 10mm at small end and 27mm at the largest end. I would appreciate any help with identifying this item. Thank you.

    It looks like the mouthpiece for a brass musical instrument. Dunno which.

    I think it is the mouthpiece for a brass instrument. Googling "Olds horns" it appears they made French Horns.

    If you google 'Olds 3 mouthpiece', there is a lot of information out there. Seems to be a trumpet thing.
