Featured Small Toby? Jug with Strafford Knot Mark

I read about the Toby pieces here with interest. I'm not sure this little guy (3 inches tall) qualifies. I got lost in all the images. It does have a Staffordshire Ware mark and a Stafford Knot (which is partially missing.) It has an England Stamp too. What are your thoughts?

I saw several pages and they are all public.

 

IIRC, the Wm Kent factory was known for making repros of Staffordshire figures. So, a toby jug (is there a different term when it's full body and not just the face?) would be up their alley!

 

Okay. I am absolutely a dilettante when it comes to this. I have read two things though many times:

1. Toby pieces are full bodies, and Character pieces are the heads
2. The original Toby jugs, pitchers, mugs were seated men with his favorite beverage.

Whether any of this is true, I can't tell you.
