How do I describe this painting to find artist?

    I found this at a 2nd hand store yesterday. I tried looking up Martin artist, but there are a lot of artist's named Martin!
    How do I describe this painting to help find out about the artist? Seascape? Coastal? It looks like a Italian seaside villa right?
    Also with the wood spacers in back - they place it as a 1960s - 1970s painting?
    Thank you!

    It may be a factory painting, but I do like it. The one on eBay is slightly different, but obviously close enough.
