Does anyone have any ideas about this little figurine? It's about 2" tall.

It appears to be opaline glass or faux gemstone, with hand-carved detailing. I'm guessing it's a modern Asian import.

My first guess was that it was an Indian Buddha depiction, but I can't find anything similar. I can find similar Chinese Buddha pieces. Is mine something else entirely? If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate.

I would guess that's Guanyin. Just a guess.

Thank you! I think that is the name I needed. I've already found similar pendants and other jewelry pieces.

Also - the material appears to be called opalite, not opaline. It's a glass faux gemstone.
