Anyone recognize the label (New York City) on these nesting tables?

Need help on these tables. Any idea on the age and can you make out the label. It says W.A. Hath???? Company New York City 51 West 4? Street.

Nice tables. Your misson is now to find the other two. They are called Quato..... (?)nesting tables they usually came in sets of 4. Now that I have taken a closer look yours may only have been two. The larger table has it's bottom rung in the back so the other table could side under. Your smaller table has the bottom rung in the middle so another could not side in. So it could be a set of two or you have the two smaller tables and missing the two bigger ones. Never the less they are nice tables. Looking again is one rectangular and more square or is it me?

I believe there are just two. The larger table actually has a slot for the top of the smaller table to slide into. The smaller table does not have a slot. So I would assume just two. Thanks for figuring out the lable you are right that font is horrible the As look like backwards Rs. From the limited info online looks like these were made maybe in the 1930's there are earlier refrences to the company being at 62 west 45th st. Those refrences were in the 1910's. Probably what I find neatest about this set is the way the varnish is almost gone on the larger table and more present on the smaller table. I am sure it is because the small table spent so much of it's life under the larger one. Am I close you think with the 1930 date. I originally thought they might be older?

They are a little different shape when place together the table legs match up perfectly and the front and back of the two tables match if that makes since. So even though they are both rectangular the proportions are a little off

 

BTW the larger table is 26 3/4" tall and the smaller one 25 3/4" tall not sure if it had two larger tables also but thought the height might help determine

At that height they would been the taller so only two tables. I have refinished at least 6 sets of these nesting tables and they were all four to a set. One set was missing the feet on one table it was an easy fix since it was so plain. I used to think they would be so useful, not any more I would think very late 30s 40s.

Mahogany...... I assume veneer on the tops.

 

Edwardian inlaid mahogany nest of tables ... they usually came in threes.
